合同会社Trekood（以下「当社」）が提供するウェブサイトおよびサービスの利用に際して、以下の条件に同意いただいたものとします。

Terms of Service/サービス内容
By using the website and services provided by Trekood LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), users are deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions.
当社は京都を中心としたツアーの企画・運営およびリノベーションした宿泊施設の提供を行っています。一部を除き当サイトでの予約は行っておらず、ツアー・宿泊のご予約は外部の予約サイトをご利用ください。

Scope of Our Services / 当社サービスの提供範囲について
Our company operates vacation rental management services in compliance with applicable laws, based on the registration for Licensed Housing Accommodation Management Business (under application or planned).
Please note that we are not registered as a travel agency and therefore do not provide services regulated under the Travel Agency Act, such as arranging transportation or accommodation, or entering into travel service contracts.
Additionally, any tour guide services we offer are strictly limited to activities that do not require travel agency registration under the relevant laws.
All of our tour services are provided locally within Japan and are not offered overseas or as part of international travel arrangements.
Accordingly, our services are provided only within the scope permitted by the applicable legal qualifications and registrations. We appreciate your understanding.
当社は、住宅宿泊管理業の登録を前提とし、その登録範囲内において適法に民泊施設の管理・運営業務を行っております。
また、当社は旅行業の登録は行っておらず、旅行業法に基づく旅行サービス（例：交通機関・宿泊施設の手配、手配旅行契約の締結等）は提供しておりません。
さらに、当社が提供する観光案内（ツアーガイド）サービスにつきましても、旅行業法の許可を必要としない範囲に限定して実施しております。
なお、これらのツアーサービスはすべて日本国内でローカルに提供されており、海外向けや国際的な旅行手配等のサービスは一切行っておりません。
したがって、当社のサービスは、これらの法的資格および登録の範囲内に限り提供されます。あらかじめご了承ください。

Services Provided/免責事項
The Company plans and operates tours primarily in Kyoto and offers accommodations in renovated properties. With few exceptions, bookings are not handled through this website. Please use external booking platforms for tour and accommodation reservations.
当社の提供するツアーは特に危険な行為を伴わない内容で企画しておりますが、自然災害やお客様の過失による事故については責任を負いかねます。

Reservations and Cancellations/予約およびキャンセル
Reservations and cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective external booking platforms. The Company does not manage reservations through this website.
予約およびキャンセルに関する規定は外部予約サイトの規約に準じます。当社のサイト上では予約の管理を行いません。
